Shipping Policy

At Needybucket, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently pan India. Below is our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping options, and delivery details.

1. Order processing times: Orders are processed within 2 business days( excluding weekend). Customized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated sincerely.
2. Shipping options : We chose Delhivery courier as our courier partner. we use standard shipping ( free shipping). If customers inform us in E-mail/DM about urgency we can perform Express shipping (additional costs may require)as well.
3. Shipping costs: Free shipping on each orders.
4. Order tracking: Once we generate pick up from our end, customers will get tracking link in E-mail from courier and also what's app message from courier team. They can track it easily. If needed assistance we are there whole-heartedly.
5. Delayed Shipments: In few circumstance for eg- weather conditions, any other events, shipments may get delayed for certain days, let us know we will let courier partner know and they will deliver it in the upcoming days.
6. Address changes & Order modifications: Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped. We suggest customers to inform us about modification within 24 hours. of placing order.
7.  Returns due to incorrect address/ Contact number: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or contact number, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship/resend it.
